At LAP Auto Parts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a part, please review the following policy:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Parts must be returned in unaltered, re-sellable condition, including all original packaging and the original invoice.
- Any parts that have been installed, modified, damaged, or lack original packaging will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please contact us before sending a return to ensure it is eligible. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
