Return Policy
We stand behind our parts, but to ensure a fair process for everyone, please note our policy:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original invoice date. No Exceptions
- Parts must be returned in unaltered, re-sellable condition, including all original packaging and the original invoice.
- Any parts that have been installed, modified, damaged, or lack original packaging will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Special-order, outsourced, or non-stock items may not be eligible for return. Confirm eligibility at time of purchase.
Please contact us before sending a return to ensure it is eligible. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
